UNAUTHORIZED REPRODUCTION OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE BY EMPLOYEES COVERAGE
is legal liability coverage for the fines and penalties incurred by the insured because an employee reproduced computer software in violation of a licensing agreement with a software vendor. Coverage does not apply if the insured, a partner, member, officer or director, or anyone with the responsibility of complying with the terms of the licensing agreement, is aware of or permits such activity.
