TELEPHONE TOLL FRAUD occurs when an unauthorized person accesses a phone system and uses it to make outgoing calls. This coverage applies when the telephone system's owner must pay the bill for those calls. There are two important conditions. The first is that protective measures must be in place to prevent such fraud. The second is that coverage applies for only 30 days after the initial fraudulent call.
